Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all parties wishing to hire my Calypso caravan
1. I cannot accept responsibility for personal injury or loss
2. I cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property
3. the speed limit of 10mph must be observed at all times on site roads NO LEARNER DRIVERS
4. All highway code and road laws must be obeyed whilst using riverside roadways, kindly note that this includes 'NO DRINKING AND DRIVING'
5. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on site, also the dog handler must clean up after their pets and dispose in the bins located around the site.
6. kites may not be flown on the front or back fields due to the danger of overhead electricity cables.
7. Each department i.e. Swimming pool, amusement aracde have their own Health and Safety rules, which are displayed in each department.
8. All refuse is to be deposited in black refuse bags and put in the large bins at various points on the site.
9. Noise! Please be considerate of neighbours, especially after 11pm
10. During very wet weather all cars must be kept off the grass (site towing charges apply)
11. All breakages and damage to the caravan or contents must be paid for
12. Guests are asked to leave the caravan clean and tidy
13. One clean set of bed linen is provided per bed per week, you must provide your own towels, etc. All gas and electricity is provided.
14. The caravan will be available from 2:30pm on the first Saturday and must be vacated by 11:00am the following Saturday.
15. No bookings will be accepted for all male, all female or mixed groups under 25 - family parties only please
16. Riverside facilities are not guaranteed and are subject to availablity by Riverside Caravan Park.
17. No holiday insurance is provided. it is recommended that you make suitable arrangements with your insurers.
18. All outstanding balance-for-hire money must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the start of holiday
19. if you cancel before 6 weeks from start of holiday, you will lose your booking deposit. Any cancellation 6 weeks or less before holiday starts, you will receive no refund at all.
20. Breaks can be booked at short notice provided full payment is recieved with booking form 2-6 weeks prior to selected date
